MENA ETF

Mena ETFs are emerging markets etf exchange traded funds invested in the Middle East and North Africa region. The Mena region includes the Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa including the many oil producing countries in the Gulf region. The Mena region is often considered a frontier market when it comes to ETF investing.

It is difficult for many US based investors to directly invest in the MENA or Middle East markets. A mena etf or middle east and north africa etf has been highly anticipated. There is currently one MENA ETF available for US investors. On July, 9 2008 the Invesco PowerShares MENA Frontier Countries ETF started trading on NASDAQ.
